Demigod is Vert- in widescreen resolutions. These shots are with the map zoomed all the way out. 4:3 Gameplay:

I cannot select 1920x480 but I have seen triplehead videos on youtube, so maybe with an actual TH setup you can do so. I assume it is still playable since you can zoom out so far. I will do the DR if someone wants to contribute the triplehead comparison shots but doesn't want to do the whole DR. |

FYI, poking around the Demigod forums... seems that the game will not display in any resolution under 726 vertical... this is why 1920x480 does not work as a resolution, and thus no faux TH shots. I'm going to do a DR with one screen resolutions information here soon and when someone has TH shots they can post them for the report to get a final grade. Seems like it's destined for a C+ anyway. |

There's no demo yet, right ? Do the camera controls allow for some pseudo-Hor+ in zoomed in views ? You could try 1920x800 or anything wider than 16:9, and if it's as Vert- as the rest, chances are TripleHead is. |

The camera zooms out so far that Vet- in 16:9 is not really an issue, but at WTH resolutions I obviously can't say how big an issue it becomes. I'll try adding some other custome resolutions when I do the report, but someone will need to test and post WTH info before we know how much the Vert- effects gameplay at that width. Unless Demigod stops the Vert- at some point. |
