Registered, posted.. hope they do something, then again who knows?

It sure would help if Matrox sent their company a free TripleHead2Go

No such luck guys :(

Works fine in the normal mode, lovely even highest settings and a bit of AA runs high on my (admittedly high spec!) rig:

However the cutscenes are still either all black or just pause on one image:

I'm pretty surprised at this.. why don't Matrox send them a free TripleHead2Go pretty please? This is my favorite RPG of all time since Baldur's Gate 2 and all they need to do to IMO is fix the cutscenes.

Post subject:  Re: The Witcher - Released

I posted on their forums in the new thread recently started for Witcher and the original as well.

I'd like to add a request for multi-monitor support (TH2Go, Eyefinity NV Surround) for Witcher 2. I'd also love to see the original game patched to fix the issues with the cut-scenes in multi-monitor.

You can see in this WSGF thread what happens with the cut-scenes. They are either black screen, or freeze on the first frame - though you can always hear the dialogue in the background. Rather disappointing considering the Witcher has such a rich story and world. This occurs in any non-16:9 resolutions (so even 1920x1200), but can be fixed by setting the Lighting Quality to "Low."

It would be great to get the original game patched to fix this issue as well. I know that CDProject loves this game and world (as evidenced by all the work on the EE, which they offered for free), so hopefully they can help with this.

Also hit their Facebook and Twitter.

In there any chance of getting full multi-monitor support (TH2Go Surround, ATI Eyefinity, NV Surround) in The Witcher 2? Also, is it possible to get the original game patched so that the cut-scenes work properly?

@witchergame Will The Witcher 2 have multi-monitor support (TH2Go, #Eyefinity, etc)? Can cut-scenes in original be fixed? for multi-mon?

Posted in the new thread.. lets hope they get EF support, a backpatch would be nice too. Shouldn't be that hard since EF is in the reach of "mainstream" PC gamers now.

Quick check: the front page post should be titled for The Witcher, right? It says Eyefinity Support for Darksiders right now.
