Hi everyone it would be great if someone could figure out a way to get custom WS resolutions on this truely great game it does actually support 1280x800 with (WS) written next to it in the list but thats the only WS res it has. i would like it to support 1360x768, im currently running it in 1024x768 with stretched everything :( any help would be great |

well i figured out that HEX edit thing thanks to the tutorial, managed to change the resolution to 1360x768 through the rl.dat file but the FOV is still stretched :( UPDATE ok i noticed that the game had a few preset resolutions before (none my native) 1280x800, 1680x1050, 1920x1200 all with "(WS)" next to them and ive been informed by the developers that these resolutions do give Hor+ but it is only in 16:10 i figured out if i set the resolution to 1280x800 save it, then Quit the game and HEX edit rl.dat back to 1360x768 (then dont go near the Graphical Settings) it appears to be less stretched suggesting it has kept the 16:10 FOV from the 1280x800 res, :D its not true widescreen but its good enough considering i went from playing it in 1024x768 stretched (for almost 2 years, its my fav game) to 1360x768 with a little bit of stretching i still need to test the FOV difference properly with screenshots |
