Note, you can download Ground Control 1 for free here.



The saved resolution appears to be in datagcvideo.dat. The available resolutions are 640x480, 800x600, and 1024x768. These three resolutions affect offset 40,41 in that file. Here are the values for each resolution:

640x480 = 7B5E
800x600 = DB5F
1024x768 = FB58

Any ideas on what to do next?

I've got a sneaking suspicion that those values reference something else in the .exe, rather than being a hard and fast res control. FB in hex is 251, so it's certainly not a direct control of the res.
