I'm playing Shadow of the Tomb Raider and it's amazing how well it rotates 2560x1080 at ultra 60+ fps on Gtx 1070, full support at 21: 9 on Cutscenes, it's beautiful while it's only sunset at 16: 9 and I'm not playing Sunset Overdriver.

Is nobody working on this? :(

Sad to see PC finally get this exclusive and it's locked to 16:9 forever... come on someone has to have the skills for this. :savews:

So my guess is this game was a pretty sloppy port from the Xbox. They just did the bare minimum to get it working on PC. So 21:9 might be something only the developer Blind Squirrel Games can do. And they still have yet to fix the mouse issue so if they ever do it, it might be a while sadly.

For 3440x1440
Same solution as that proposed by SWIFT LIGHTING

Replace ONLY that stroke from 00 00 80 41 to 00 00 AC 41. - http://prntscr.com/lotidr
And replace stroke from 39 8E E3 3F to 8E E3 18 40.

Issue: The view is zoomed in.

Awesome! Can't wait to try this after work. Glad someone finally figured it out. Now we just need an FOV fix.

Unfortunately it's not working for me (2560x1080). I did the hex edit and the game does start up but crashes when loading the game.

If anyone has a working exe for 2560x1080 could they please upload it and post a link here?

Hi,
Try this:

3440x1440
Search 39 8E E3 3F ; replace with 8E E3 18 40 (1 occurrence)
Search D6 3C 00 00 80 41 ; replace with D6 3C 00 00 AC 41 (1 occurrence)

2560x1080
Search 39 8E E3 3F ; replace with 9A 99 19 40 (1 occurrence)
Search D6 3C 00 00 80 41 ; replace with D6 3C 00 00 A8 41 (1 occurrence)

The view is zoomed in. A FOV patch would be greatly appreciated.

Ok this worked for me but it doesn't seem to be real 2560 for the horizontal. I still have small black bars on the left and right sides of my screen. It's like the resolution is 2540.

Its great we progress has been made but 100% we need a FOV changer, because at 3440 1440 its pukesville.

Help! I can't get this fix to work with 5760x1080 (I have no clue what values are correct).
But I guess with that aspect ratio it will zoom into molecular scale anyway :/
In case someone's working on a more convenient fix: Please help us triple monitor bois out as well <3

If you're asking if the hex edit still works after the patch, it does. They did not add any FOV options though.
