Is there any way to run this game single screen, while the TH2GO is attached? Clicking on single screen resolutions in the game's options doesn't seem to change the display - it stays spread across all three monitors, pixellated and blurry...

Did you try setting your desktop to a single-screen res before you run the game ?

we had the same problem, but i think the problem is the video card(not sure about it), 'coz I change my video card and the game run.
One things else,
Maybe you can download/search a crack of King Arthur.
