Hi all, newbie to widescreen gaming here!

I took delivery of my Asus MW221U yesterday.

Nice screen for the money, 2 dead pixels tho, thats another story.

Been testing my games in widescreen and been impressed in some.

However PES6 has screen tear when you move up/down the pitch. Like the VSync is out.
My windows res and ingame res are both 1680 x 1050.

Any ideas please?

Also in Vanguard, the world looks fantastic, but in some areas move about and the sky sort of flashes. Again any ideas?

Im using a Gainward Bliss 7800 GS+ 512mb connected DVI to DVI.

Thanks

For PES, mine does too. Pes4 did. Pes5 did. And now Pes6 does. None of my other games do, and i've had the game on different monitors, therefore i put it down to a problem in the game. It's a bit strange because V-Sync is on in all Pes's. It's not unplayable bad, so i jus deal with it.

Agree, its not unplayable, but it does ruin the immersion level.

Its a bit shoddy if its a code/engine issue throughout all those versions.

Hmmm I wonder if the latest Fifa has the issue... its gaining ground on PES these days! lol.

But I'd like to have a fix for PES...
