Hello I have been trying to get my FOV tool to work for my Silent Hill 3 for PC I got a 1366x768 monitor it's 720P I can't seem to get the FOV tool to work properly. don't know how to use it and I connot seem to get my Silent Hill 3 res to go 1366x768 can I get some help? I am also using Windows 7 64Bit
