Post subject:  Dragon Age Inquisition Surround issue
Hi guys,

When I try to run the game with everything maxed (Texture at "Fade touched"), the game opens in a window on my left screen. I figured out that if I choose "Ultra" instead of "Fade touched" then the game opens correctly in surround. For the detail, I use Flawless Widescreen.
Now you might say that this is because my PC is not powerful enough, but here are its specs :

Core i7 4790k
SLI GTX 970 Gaming 4go
Kingston DDR3 2x8 go

So correct me if I'm wrong but that should be at least enough to open the game on my 3 monitors right? :D

That's weird. I haven't had that happen myself. It is such a pain in the ass to get all the graphics settings just right since it forces you to restart after all changes. I have however had that happen with other Frostbite games though. Are you playing in borderless windowed? Regardless, If I were you I would go to \Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save then go ahead and delete ProfileOptions_profile. Then start the game and generate another one. That should sort it out.

No I'm playing in fullscreen, as I heard that playing in borderless window disables the SLI.
Thanks for the tip, I'll try it tonight and keep you in touch!
Meanwhile if someone else has this problem (or better, the solution :P ) please feel free to tell me :thumbup:

Thank you Peer_Review, I did what you told and it worked, I can now run the game with everything on it's maximum setting! :D

I'm back with another problem :rockout:

When I enter Redcliff in the game, it crashes and I'm back to the desktop without any error message...
I tried :
- fixing the game files from origin
- lower the graphics

But it still crashes. I find out that playing on one instead of 3 monitors resolves the problem but as soon as I am in Redcliff and play in surround then I'm back on the desktop... Anyone experienced this?

Mate you are best off hitting up the official forums for crash issues. I know a lot of people have experienced crashes for different reasons.
