Saw a commercial. Looked neat enough. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gbl9HhFSZgY Wiki says... Some PC specific features that were taken away from Infinity Ward's Modern Warfare 2 will come back, such as lean[12] and dedicated servers.[13] Seems like a lot here might be anticipating this. |

I dunno why they (the players, developers, and/or the publishers) feel the need to have a game every year. CoD is nothing more than your typical sports game released every stinkin' year. Those CoD players can go ahead and play their Madden Black Ops World at Warfare 2010 game. And then there's the model or lighting on those characters... ever since MW came out, virtually every character model I see have those bothersome light reflections no matter where they're at. Are their clothes really that shiny and reflective??? |

What's most confusing about CoD: BP (The Oil Spill Edition) is that up until recently I would only play Call of Duty games produced by Infinity Ward and I would dodge any CoD developed by Treyarch as I found them bland and unsastifying. Then IW decided to stab all PC gamers in the back with MW2. Honestly, this wasn't that big of a deal for me since Bad Company 2 came out shortly there afterwards and is in my opinion, a far better game than any CoD has ever been. What strikes me as odd though is that MW2 was so abysmal and such a disaster for PC gamers that I didn't even buy it, however the concept on this one looks mildly interesting despite being a Treyarch game. If Treyarch can deliver, they might actually flip my opinion on CoD developers. |

This was due to the production of the game and Activision wanting it on for a holiday release, if it was up to IW they would have not gone that route. MoH still seams to be the better game, and I am still on a "no buy" for Activision until they get their act together. |

Pity MW2 sucked in every conceivable way (considering how awesome MW1 was) i highly doubt as many people will be so easily and quickly going back for more. |

The early college age students are addicted to CoD. I do not get the hype around it. I have played the free weekends and it was rather "meh." Not that great of a game, but it is hyped enough that all the annoying 13 year olds as well as college kids on xbox live will buy it. |

I bought it to play with friends and i Do like the core gameplay of it. I just get annoying by pay-to-play DLC and the lack of ded servers. As soon as a suitable replacement comes along, I'll jump on it. I play some BC2 as well, I think i prefer the closer quarters combat. |
