Had some spare time on my hands so I put together a folder full of the best free and open source games out there for people to download. Most of them are pretty good and worth checking out. Some highlights from our free game loving Korean friends: Atlantica Online http://www.playatlantica.com/ Turn based squad MMO. Feels like what Final Fantasy Online should have been. Open beta starts Sept. 24th, no more character wipes. Grand Chase http://grandchase.ntreev.net/ Like a side scrolling Gauntlet. Go on quick arcade quests with other players. Quests get progressively more complicated. Gunbound http://gunbound.ijji.com/ Like Worms. Pick an angle and power for your shot, turn based, try to destroy everyone else. |
