Tiny Troopers is a 3D arcade shooter with minor strategy elements in the tradition of the Cannon Fodder games. Shown from an almost top-down perspective the player guides a squad of small soldiers, usually three, who are controlled simultaneously. In 30 missions they need to complete tasks such as destroying buildings or eliminating all enemy forces. Between missions the player can add weapons and mercenaries or train soldiers. Soldiers on the battlefield can find dog tags and additional weapons, such as grenades, bazookas and first aid kits. The soldiers' rank is carried over between missions so veteran, more effective units, need to be managed strategically. The game also includes a zombie survival mode.
