Let's call that list the word of god and never discuss the matter again (unless they fix it with a patch).

Alright then, I'm gonna put 1280x768 in the "not working" category. Does this change the grade?

Grade is C+, lack of native 1280x768 support (though moreover, seemingly unreliable resolution-select programming) is a consequential flaw.

Nvidia users should try the new 191.07 drivers, i got a 90% (yes thats it) FPS boost running this game all maxed at 5040x1050, simply incredible. :D

I apologize for posting on this old thread, but I figured some would be interested to know with a 2gb vram card prototype doesn't show my native 1920x1080. Max is 1280x800.

This is the steam version which should be fully patched.

Sorry for the year bump but I have this exact same problem. A friend just gifted me Prototype for Christmas but the maximum resolution I can set it to is 1280x800. It was the Steam version and my graphics card is an eVGA 2GB GTX460. Does anyone have any solution? I'd really appreciate it cause I hate not running full screen games in 1920x1080 cause they always screw up my desktop layout and my secondary monitor layout.

Awesome, thanks. That worked. I hadn't tried that because I thought it was specifically only for multimonitor setups and I'm only using one monitor for the game.
