so i have hd 5770 with dual 23" monitors. I have installed 1.03 skidrow update. Now wanted to extend the gameplay to 2 monitors. Using the directions above I launched the game then ALT-TAb and launched cheatEngine6.1 and loaded dsfrancisco, but when when I tried changing the value of ASM move tray noting happens. THe values for all addresses is just showing as a question marks. ANY guidance will be much appreciated.

Apparently the last update broke the fix? somebody can confirm this? you can set widescreen resolutions without cheatengine but everyhting looks horribly stretched and cheat engine does not work anymore. At least that's what I get

you might be right because i had used 1.03 update before trying this.

1.03 or whatever broke everything. I can no longer pick my 1080p and the fix doesnt seem to work :( I dont know how to check the official 1.03 since I applied the crack before it cme out and then used the updated one :( Might just reinstall nd go to an old version to get 1080p back.

you can reinstall the game and use the fix as before. However for me even that was not working 100% as I was not able to center the HUD.

same problem as him, update 1.03 messed up really good, my default full hd res got smacked down to max 1440x900 (16:10 format, like that wasnt enough...) , tried everything with the graphics conf. nothing works, halp?

Yes usually this is the sucky part....If the developers don't fix these things (which can be fixed in a jippy, them having the source codes and all) the community can or cannot provide a fix for their problems. Now we cannot ask HaYdEn to update the table for every new patch the developer makes. So, until someone (either HaYdEn or someone else) we need to be patient and use what we have. This fix is great in the 1st place. I don't think the changes added in 1.03 are so important:)

nevermind i realized you can punch in everything yourself then just resave it.


sadly after only about an hour of play i think this game kinda sucks and im not really having much fun.
but i did get it working quite well.

thanks to the early helifax skyrim fixes i understand cheat engine a bit better heh.

First of all i have to say, i really appreciate your work HaYDeN, Halifax & all others. thx for a all those great fixes!

Unfortunately i'm struggling with Driver SF. I followed HaYDeN's description for the 1.01 fix and it worked correctly with aspectratio and fov, but i cannot switch to higher resolutions than 2400x600, without causing the game to crash. I'm running Catalyst 11.9 at the moment.

I don't wanna bother you guyz to create a new fix for 1.03 but could you plz share a bit of your wisdom of using CheatEngine to find the correct addresses for the AR and FOV-Values?
I tried to find them by scanning for detailed values and watching for changes, but without success :-(
Giving me a short inspiration would be nice.

If i'm able to create a new trainer for 1.03 with your support i will share it to the public. it will disburden you from providing fixes for following versions of this game.

Thanks to the fixers for the fixing.
There is now a 1.04 patch out that may speed the game a bit, but even if there were a fix for the 1.03 that would be awesome for 1 reason and 1 reason only:

The 1.01 patch doesn't have support for steering wheels, in particular the G27.
I didn't buy this game because it had no wheel support.
I bought it now that it does, but when it updates, I lose the beautiful fixes.

If Haydn and the fixers don't have time to make a new table for us, is there somewhere we can go to learn how to do it ourselves?


PS: The 1.01 fix works on the retail version of the exe, not just the skidrow patch.

Thanks for the update, jackfuste. I've been using the 1.01 skidrow executable with the original Cheat Engine table posted in the Detailed Report. I'll give this one a try on 1.04 from Steam and report back.

*Edit: I'm happy to report that the latest Cheat Table from jackfuste works well for me on the current version of Driver, 1.04.1024, from Steam.*

I can confirm the new CT table works perfectly on the 1.04 version.
I am playing in full res (5760 x 1080) with Nvidia Surround 3D and a logitech G27 steering wheel.

It looks awesome.


Ubisoft owes somebody a job for getting this right for them.

Im having problems running this game with the Flawless hack. The game runs fine by its self at 1920x1080 with a copy image on each on my 3 monitors. The centre and right monitors have a 1" black border, Left monitor is fine.
When i Run Flawless Widescreen v1.0.2 in admin mode, it fully updates. I then run the game. The settings only have 1920x1080 as the highest. I try to load my saved game, it crashes to desktop. I try to start a new game, it crashes to desktop.
I run FW in admin mode with fix disabled, load my saved game, I can play game, but as soon as I press ctrl+alt+Z to start the fix, instant crash to desktop.
I guess im doing something wrong as without the fix, the game works ok, but with a black border and with the fix it just crashes all the time.
I have Driver SF v1.04(skidrow) according to FW

Hi guys. See if anyone can help me here. I just got Driver:SF, and am trying to get it to work w/ my 3 monitor setup (all 3 driven from a ATI 6950 card). Running at something like 5770X1080. When I use flawless Widescreen, the only way I can get it to work is if I leave the "menu/HUD centering" box unchecked. If I check it, I just get black screens whenver it gets to a movie, or even the opening screens & menu. the game is playable enough, but I was wondering if there was a special trick to getting the menus and HUD to work to. I think I'm running v. 1.04 of the game (I just installed it yesterday using autoinstaller and it seems to downloaded all the current patches. anyone have any ideas for me. Thanks!!!

Doesnt work anymore, is there an exe for the steam version at 1920x1080, I still get a black border with those other exe's

If the HUD and cutscenes are stretched with these exe files is it how it supposed to be?
