Has anyone gotten the steam version to work on 1360x768?

I use an ATI Radeon HD 3850, and that's my screen's native resolution, but I can't figure out how to get it to work on it.

Did you try the solution linked to in the post just before yours ? ;)
Here's the hex value for your res:
1360x768 - Replace 20 03 with 50 05 and replace 58 02 with 00 03

I wasn't sure I should modify a Steam game like that... I'll try it and report what happens.

No, it doesn't work on the steam version... the hl.exe file for the steam version is much smaller and doesn't contain that hex string.
