I don't get emails notifying me of PMs. The field is checked yes in preferences.

I have sent you a message Tanuki, please check that this worked and that you got a notification.

Also where have you configured email notifications, in the settings I could only see "Notify me on new private messages:" which I would assume means notify by email... ill admit im no phpbb guru but im learning

Strange, this works fine for me...
When you hover your mouse over the "start upload" button does it display what runtime its using?

It should be flash, but could fall back to Gears, HTML 5, Silverlight, BrowserPlus, and HTML4 depending on the capabilities of the client computer.

What browser are you using, do you have a flash block installed?

I got the email. Its subject is your actual email info. It used to be a general notification thing with the username. Just FYI.

Any chance you could kindly forward it to me at [email protected] ? Thank you.

I dont seem to recieve mails when I get PM's, is there a setting im missing?

It's using Flash! in Firefox 16 and in Opera
