Method

[list]Go to install directory.
Open up f1graphics.cfg
change the number in front of "; [RELEASE] Game 3D Horizontal Resolution" to your desired horizontal resolution
change the number in front of "; [RELEASE] Game 3D Vertical Resolution" to your desired vertical resolution.[/list:u]

Done.
