Post subject:  Hey - just saying "hi" :)

Hey guys,

So, I recently picked up a GTX 680 and got into multimonitor gaming and a friend of mine whos been into it for some years, directed me to this site - found alot of good info here and really like it.

So I figured that I might as well create a profile and get into the community.

But a bit about me,

My name is Jesper, Im from denmark - turning 28 this May - a "hardcore" gamer so to speak, meaning I proberly use more time infront of my computer then what my wife would want me too :)

I got 2 kids, boy and a girl, 1.5 years old and 2.5 years old - so that keeps me busy as well.

I work within our Healthcare system, so thats hospitals ect as a IT-Supporter, but I range from anything basic tasks to heavy networking issues ect - so a pretty good job, always a challenge.

My setup is 2x LG E2770 and 1x Samsung SA950 (Center) (Both LGs run on DVI and the Samsung runs on HDMI atm, I want it to run on Display port, but for some reason - if I connect Display port, it wont bring up a picture as soon as I get into windows, so I suspect a driver issue from Nvidia)

Running on a GTX 680, still amazed how well this card holds up on three monitors.

But thats "Hello" from me.

oh, a side question - is there any "standard" angle that the side monitors has to sit at ?

**Attached a picture of my desktop - going to buy a bigger one soon and manage the screens and all a bit better :)

:welcome

nice to have you here. Hope you enjoy your stay.

You like old ships ?

and about the angle of the monitors... if there would be a perfect. one, it would always depend from the distance your away from your front monitor!
