Was wondering if anybody knew how to remove the black bars on the sides during dialogue?

I've looked around but can't find anything anywhere.
I'm pretty sure it's possible though, since all the dialogue scenes seem to be rendered in real time.

I'm playing the ultimate version of Origins at 3440x1440 21:9.
