How do I go about updating the mods now there's been a patch and the patch broke the mods? I have all of them installed but don't know how to update them

Out of curiosity why would you turn Vsync off?

In this case, Sekiro doesn't provide a way to turn it off in-game, so you have to do it through the control panel.

I have it on in the control panel with the fps unlock mod and I have no issues, 144hz G-sync on.

What does the texture mod do exactly if I delete the shaderfixes folder? I need it for the d3dx ini file to set my FPS to 144 or it doesn't work, but I just want the fps + fov fix no texture mods.

Did you disable Vsync in your graphics card's control panel? Eg. for Nvidia:

1. Right Click Desktop -> Nvidia Control Panel

2. Manage 3D Settings

3. Program Settings

4. Select sekiro.exe, or add it if it's not present

5. Vertical Sync -> Off
