Looks like the new update Capcom released breaks the patch.
Using HxD (Hex Editor) - BACKUP YOUR EXE FILE BEFORE!
File -> Open -> Devil May Cry 5.ExE
Find the following line (CTRL+F -> Hex-Values Tab)
40 00 00 10 41 00 00 80 41 (It should be Offset 0448B8D0)
Replace 00 00 80 41 With
00 00 00 ...
