The game runs on Unreal engine 4 (Don't know if that's helpful or not) and some of the loading screens show full 21:9 images when in 21:9 resolutions, game-play and menu are capped at 16:9 though.

It's the exact same aspect ratio, so the value is the same - 26 B4 17 40
I just figured this out (i was dumb ) I found a way to do it though.
I posted it on reddit too - m
Step 1: Follow this guide and confirm that the game is running at in 21:9 (confirm in game, menu will still be stretched)

Request - Hex value for 5120 x 2160 in Devil May Cry 4: SE
I'm trying to hex edit a game to naively run on my 21:9 monitor, usually to do this you have to replace a certain hex value with 26 B4 17 40 and the game (Devil May Cry 4: SE) I'm trying to run at 21:9 accepts this with no problems......but having a 1080 ti has spoiled me to the joys of DSR ...
