Nevermind, I found the solution. A post on Reddit had the answer.

1. Open Program HxD > Click File and Open ACOdyssey.exe
2. Ctrl+F > Click "Hex Values" > Click Search Direction "All" > Write 39 8E E3 3F
3. change EVERY Instance and Replace Value With Hex Your Aspect Ratio Resolution, Here is the ...
