I have the same problem, with Screen display area settings! When I try to set it, the for corner bars don't go all the way. That's why when I set the aspect ratio to 16:9 and 1920x1080 resolution, the screen gets to black bars, bottom and on top. No matter what settings I try the bars stay ...
