What Hex value do I need for 4:3?

So I finally got around to testing the 4:3 EXE on my own PC (still building my dad's PC). And it works, but I have to insert the 4:3 EXE and use the black bar remover tool.

I also noticed that the old 4:3 EXE is missing some of the new stuff like the 120fps options. So I'm wondering if it's missing ...

So will any of the patches work to get this game fullscreen on a 4:3 monitor? I actually have purchased it yet, but I want to get it for my dad, and he's on a 4:3 CRT.

And I may eventually play the game too, and I'm also planning on rocking my 4:3 CRT's until 120hz strobing MicroLED becomes a thing.
