the Remastered Version of Assassins creed Remastered III has the option for my Display Resolutiion of 3840x1080 but there are on the left and right side still black bars.

Can someone look at it?
Need you the exe of the game?

or gives there HeX Changes anywhere?

No we can not, a request for proper multi-monitor support is still valid, what you should of done rather then ask for the thread to be locked, is pointed out a fixed for 21:9, might also fix it for multi-monitor. However there is no guarantee of that.
