Found the problem

From page m I followed instructions for "Eyefinity / Surround Specific Solution & Issues":

To get the HUD (health, ammo) onto the middle monitor, go into your FALLOUT.ini

Find the following lines..

iSafeZoneYWide=15
iSafeZoneX=15

Change them to one of ...

I know this is an old thread but I ran into a problem with fallout 3 and cant find an answer, every time I use a lock pick the bobby pin turns all the way to the right without me doing a thing and I cant move it? anybody have an idea to fix this ?
