I'm also having trouble getting Mirror's Edge to work in multi-monitor using Flawless Widescreen.
Running fresh install of Mirror's Edge 1.0.1.0 via Origin. I followed the manual instructions and in FWS I've got Override Display Detection set and configured correctly.
