Thats exactly what i was looking for... i used another Hex editor and was able to see that hex "00 00 10 41" was ...

Yes im using a 16:10 resolution and im stuck with black bars on top and below and want to get rid of those to fill up my screen but im lost at Hex editing... been trying for two days now ?! Looking at the picture below i cant seem to find the adress in hex that he wants to change from "9" to "10 ...
