Okay I found a temporary fix, its pretty shitty for HUD purposes not gonna lie but it will work for the time being: Borderless Gaming.
So for me to use it I had to turn my crosshair off because my entire HUD was on the left side. Also, make sure you make your character before you enable it because ...
