Simply navigate to C:\Users\"username"\Documents\my games\Skyrim Special Edition\Skyrim Prefs and edit: iSize H=1080, and iSize W=1920 to whatever your resolution is. Save and set to read only on the file properties. All set worked for me For example on ...

I've just tried. My resolution isn't listed and running 'full screen' switches to the center monitor only. Flawless Widescreen doesn't have a plugin for SSE yet, so it looks like it's a no-go right now.
