Well, until I can get it through the FWS channel, here is the fix:

Download that.
Go to where FWS is installed (Program Files (x86))
Unpack the files inside there.
When ask to overwrite just say yes.
Start FWS.

It's still working.
I used the Guide on Page 12 but now (Patch 1.24) the String 398EE33F is two times in the file.
Override only the second one.
