You can try this:

1) HEX
Find this HEX string:
800700003804
Change it to:
000A00003804
2) WINDOWED mode
Make the game run in windowed mode, either going in game settings or change the GraphicsConfig.xml (C:\Users\YourNAME\AppData\Roaming\DarkSoulsIII)

3) Use Borderless Gaming
