Just move mgsvtpp.exe out of its directory temporarely and rename mgsvmgo.exe as mgsvtpp.exe.
Now run the patch. When the process is completed, rename mgsvtpp.exe as mgsvmgo.exe and move the original mgsvtpp.exe in its directory ...
