So after reading the guide from earlier I tried editing the .exe myself for 21:9 3440x1400 and it works.
I replaced the second entry of 39 8E E3 3F with 8AE31840 (simple copy and paste) using Hex Editor, works like a charm and thanks Zens for the hard work.
