Ah so basically I don't really need a DP cable. Sorry it took so long to respond to your posts, I work in grocery retail and yesterday was a super long day.

I tried a search before I am asking my question, both on google and here. I have my new monitor and realized my video card has a displayport connector.

Question:

Would a displayport cable actually be worth it over my HDMI cable? With my monitor being native 2560X1080, would displayport make that ...
