Is it possible to edit the .exe to make the fix permanent so I dont have to activate it each time I start the game ?

Problem :
For an unknow reason, French players can't run the game and make Flawlesswidescreen to work. If the game is in Full French (voice and text), Flawlesswidescreen will not recognise the game and still block at this status :

"Searching for Mass Effect 3 process, please configure desired ...

Anyone please ?

I have been looking for a fix for days... nothing seems to work. It's like something is blocking flawless widescreen from doing his work.

I need some help... I can't get ME3 to work correctly. The top and bottom always get cut off with Flawless Widescreen. If I set the display to 2560x1440 ingame everything is fine. But as soon as I use 3440x1440 (which is the same height) the top and bottom get cut off.

Nevermind I found why it did this. Steam reseted my interface file when I checked the game for file integrity. And I restored the fix in the wrong location D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\interface instead of D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data

Another update, this time the compass shade has been fixed.
