Any idea what to do about the screen flicker? It's unplayable for me - like 50x worse than yours. I fixed it when I went to windowed borderless but drop 20-30 fps in doing so.

I randomly went back to Fullscreen and it worked perfectly. Went and upped my texture quality back to ultra the next day ...
