okay now it works. but........... It's stuck in a window, is there a way to make it full screen?

Maybe I'm completely inept but I can't get that patch to work... I keep getting the error "msgdlg.dll error" saying that msgdlg.dll is missing from my computer. I tried running ccleaner to patch my registry and nothing seemed to work. I'm not about to download a .dll file from a sketchy website ...
