Sorry, still the same on all 3 screens but this time I only see about 1/3 of what I should (left and right thirds are missing and a black bar is there.)

That was the fix I tried before.. just restarted pc (again), checked drivers (again), ensured my eyefinity profile was set up properly (again) and also made sure it was enabled (again) and I still get the same on each monitor (same exact image on all 3 monitors) anyone else got this issue or can ...

Ok without the fix i get only an image on the centre monitor. the left and right monitors and for some reason just black when the game is running. with fix i just get the same on each monitor. this happens on all Assassins creed games for me but everything else works fine in eyefinity (BF4, BF3, BFH ...
