ESO seems to work fine for Nvidia triple monitor setup in surround with the latest patch. The NPCs are no longer having their heads cut off by top edge of screen. I would still recommend 3rd party apps in order to optimally place your toolbars, item inventory, maps and stats near the center monitor ...
