There is already a thread on this. The thread also has a fix which you can download.

So you were able to remove the black borders from cutscenes? If so, what exactly did you edit?

Re: Grand Theft Auto V

That's all we have.

Find "39 8E E3 3F" in the file and replace with the following:

You can try to make your own value. As example:

2560x1080
=> 2560/1080 = 2,37037037 = 0x4017B426 = "26 B4 17 40"

3440x1440
=> 3440/1440 = 2,38888889 = 0x4018E38A = "8A E3 18 40"

Following up on this fix as for ...

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 (2016)

It's been a while since I've spotted a 2016 title without 21:9 support.

Similarly to the previous Xenoverse game, ultrawide is not supported in Xenoverse 2.
I know that jackfuste made a fix for the first Xenoverse game using a modified xgcore.dll, so I've attached the new one from XV2 in case he ...

Re: Overwatch OFFICIAL RELEASE: Pillar-boxed - NO 21:9

What a load of bullshit. They may as well cap the FPS at 60 while they're at it so no one with a 144hz monitor will have an advantage with smoother gameplay.

I'm willing to try an FoV hack if someone can make it. This is progress nonetheless but I think we can get to where we want.

Ultrawide support is coming mid to late July, confirmed by Jeff Kaplan earlier today.

Re: Dota 2 Reborn - Working 21:9 HUD Fix (UPDATED)

Hi latest update broke the fix any tips ?

The new compendium update removed the -addon command, so this does not work anymore. There is currently no workaround that I know of. Perhaps someone else wants to look into a solution?

It's really odd that three years later, the game still doesn't ...

What exactly was the fix? I'm running 5760x1080 and it's still flat at 90 FOV. Sorry if I'm being dumb, I'm new to triple screen setups. Thx

Hey guys, the newest Dota2 update broke OVPatch, resulting in an error that says 'Client.dll is damaged"...but there is a workaround!

You need to patch it by selecting "Dota 2 - Reborn Beta" instead of the x64 option. Next, you need to right-click Dota2 in the Steam library, go to Properties and ...

Re: Dark Souls III - 21:9 Broken

I already tried that fix from steam and it worked, but here is the issue:
I use Reshade / Sweetfx in all of my games to change their look and this fix requires me to overrite some of the files from Reshade.
And for me Reshade >> HUD Fix

Can you share your .ini settings for the 21:9 HUD fix? I can ...

You can try this for 2560 x 1080:

I tried to edit the .exe with a hex editor changing the "39 8E E3 3F" to "26 B4 17 40" but it seems like not work :S

(this was the method used for MGSV for example)

This was the first thing I tried last week and it didn't work. I PM'd Hayden a link to download the .exe days ago but I'm not sure ...

Re: Fallout 4

@TheWitcher: I don't have a shadow divider issue on my monitor (2560x1080) so maybe it's caused by something else? I'm also using SweetFX.

Re: Fallout 4

Hi, can we move this thread to the more populated subforum? m

I've been playing the PC version for the past week. Fallout 4 stretches out the HUD on an ultrawide display. I have a 21:9 monitor and the HUD is too stretched out, mainly noticeable on the weapon hotkey menu.

First of all, I had to ...
