I tried the find and replace in both .dll files replacing the 320x240 values with the hex values for 1920x1080. Saved the files with the changes and transferred them over.
No luck though. Application failed to start/recognise.

Just got this today. It's the EU DVD-Rom release and I've got the ptbase.dll and vision.dll files to hand. I've also got a hex editor that I can use. To change the resolution to 1920x1080 would I just need to "find and replace" the entries for (using the hex editor) the 320 x 240 entries (or another ...
