Thanks frag85 seems dayz creates two folders changed the values in DayZ Other profiles and all is good now.

just to add and let people know 21:9 not working as the aspect ratio cannot be adjusted as far as my knowledge so everything looks squashed and its unplayable in 2560x1080 posted on the official dayz forum but some dude replied telling me to downscale my res.
