Sounds like a scaling issue. Try opening the Catalyst Control Center, going to My Digital Flat-Panels, clicking Scaling Options and dragging the slider all the way to the right to zero percent. Perfect! Just upgraded my card & had to change some cables, new card didn't have 2 DVI anymore so the...
