When I first installed this the game froze at the start menu with a frozen mouse pointer in the middle of the screen and a revolving circle around the point.
Cause: My Thrustmaster T16000 Joystick and Throttle (which I use for Elite Dangerous. I unplugged them and the game started fine.

I can only get this game to run if I disable surround mode in the Nvidia Control panel. Ubi support suggest setting the screen to full screen setting - which it is but still stops at screen before main game screen. PC is a new build with Ryzen 7 2700x and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti.
