I am experiencing the same issues with 2 GTX 680's.. What widescreen fixer are you using? I used WidescreenFixer for a while but for some reason it stopped working properly (it would shift the menu over and I couldn't see it, regardless of how I set it up) and now I am using Flawless Widescreen fix....
