Not sure what causing it exactly but it seem the game still refuses to startup with the fixer enabled :/ its strange because it worked fine before that annoying steam quick patch a few days ago :/

I can confirm this too, just had a update through steam and now the game crashes to the desktop if the Fixer is used either in game or if enabled during loadup it just closes the ...
