I am currently using these flags and playing the deluxe edition.

-CustomResolution:enabled -r5760x1080x32 -CPUCount:1 -f -intro:off

I know this game is probably not terribly popular anymore, but none of the threads from before have helped at all.

When trying to run Sim City at 5760x1080 it gives me an error "Hardware Driver Error: Could not initialize Direct Draw", then a black screen, then crashing. Has anyone else ...
