UPDATE:
Ended up buying the Dell UltraSharp U2312HM. Bought 2 refurbs for $280 shipped.
I currently have a 2008 Acer AL2416W 24" LCD with 6 ms. This thing is heavy (27 pounds, I think), so its a hassle to carry to LANs. I need something new.
